Associate Vice President, KYC Operations Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for KYC Operations with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of innovative and scalable AI solutions, particularly in the areas of Generative AI applications and complex Agentic solutions. This role requires a senior professional with a strong technical background to define and drive the technical strategy for AI projects, ensure compliance with security and performance standards, and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8-12 years' in total, including a minimum of 2.5 years in architecting and developing production-ready Gen AI RAG or Agent-based solutions. Key responsibilities for this position include leading the design and implementation of agent training, performance measurement, and feedback processes, as well as overseeing project and program management using Agile methodologies. The role demands an individual with an expert-level understanding of Agentic solution design, strong experience in technology solution architecture, and deep expertise in agent training and feedback processes. The candidate should also have a proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams, strong exposure to program management, and in-depth knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in a production environment. The position is critical for driving the execution of key AI initiatives and requires a professional who can operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.
