Vice President, Applied AI Architect, Process Re-engineering CoE Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Applied AI Architect for its Process Re-engineering CoE. The successful candidate will be responsible for decomposing complex processes in the insurance, asset management, and finance sectors to identify and design AI-assisted and human-controlled steps. This role involves producing current and target-state architectures, as well as non-functional requirements for automation and AI solutions. The VP will also be tasked with selecting the appropriate automation mechanisms, designing and building AI solutions, and integrating them with various systems. A key aspect of the position is the establishment of AI evaluation frameworks and the embedding of responsible AI, security, and financial services controls. Applicants for the Vice President, Applied AI Architect position at the company should have a strong background in AI, automation, and process excellence. The role requires the ability to engineer secure, permission-aware retrieval over enterprise knowledge and to design bounded-autonomy agentic workflows.
