Vice President, Cash Reconciliations Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its cash reconciliation function and oversee accurate, timely, and controlled reconciliation of positions, cash, and related activity across portfolios and counterparties. Responsibilities include owning risk and control frameworks, managing exceptions and remediation, and driving improvements in automation, data quality, scalability, and operational resilience. The role partners with internal teams and external service providers to resolve complex issues, communicate risks and performance to senior leaders, and meet service expectations. It also includes developing the team through coaching, succession planning, and performance management, while using operational metrics to guide improvements and support business growth. Candidates should bring 10 or more years of investment, fund accounting, or reconciliation experience, including review responsibilities, along with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and relevant accounting and regulatory requirements, including US GAAP and IFRS, is valuable. The role requires sound judgment, initiative, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are also required.
