Vice President, Data Analytics & Process Intelligence Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Data Analytics and Process Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading analytics-driven process discovery and diagnosis, conducting complex end-to-end process studies across various business dimensions, and applying a range of analytical techniques to establish baselines and identify root causes. This role involves the use of descriptive and diagnostic analytics, as well as Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance process design, policy, data, technology, and governance. The VP will also be tasked with designing audience-specific dashboards and KPI frameworks that facilitate proactive decision-making and ensure that the dashboards are reliable, governed, and aligned with strategic objectives. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a strong background in data analytics, process intelligence, and Lean Six Sigma. The role requires expertise in process mining, task mining, and event-log analysis to identify process variants, bottlenecks, and conformance issues.
