Vice President, Team Manager, Product Support & Services ISG Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Team Manager for Product Support and Services in the ISG division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operational oversight of trade settlements, including both cash-settled OTC derivatives and physically settled commodity transactions across various markets. This role involves post-execution processing, settlement risk management, and acting as the senior point of escalation for complex settlement issues. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining a robust control framework, engaging with stakeholders and counterparties, and leading strategic change and platform development initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in OTC derivatives operations, commodity operations, trade support, settlements, middle office, or transaction processing functions. Experience in supporting commodity products such as energy, power, natural gas, crude oil, refined products, metals, emissions, freight, or agricultural markets is preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of physical settlement workflows, the ability to identify and mitigate operational risk, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, AI tools, or workflow automation tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, results-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced trading environment.
