The Company is seeking an Operations Lead to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their rapidly growing R&D organization. The successful candidate will be a key figure in bringing order, pace, and clarity to the team's decision-making processes and will work closely with the CTO to take ownership of a wide range of operational and strategic tasks. This role is not for an assistant; it requires a hands-on generalist with a high level of independence, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a willingness to engage in all aspects of the work. The Operations Lead will be responsible for solving problems end-to-end, turning ideas into structured guidelines, and acting as the first point of contact for external stakeholders. Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience in a high-ownership role, such as strategy consulting, Chief of Staff, or business operations, within a fast-growing company. The role demands a candidate who can make confident decisions, bring order to chaos, and communicate clearly with a diverse range of stakeholders. While deep technical knowledge is not a requirement, strong judgment, ownership, and humility are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating across teams, managing partnerships, and be prepared to get their hands dirty to ensure the team's success. A background in R&D, engineering, or a deep-tech industry, as well as experience in process setup and project management tools, are considered advantageous.
