Chief of Staff, Transformation Office

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Transformation Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of the group's transformation strategy, with a focus on digitalization, operational efficiency, and cultural change. This role involves coordinating cross-functional transformation programs, serving as the central point of contact for transformation efforts, and collaborating with executive leadership to align transformation goals with business priorities. The Chief of Staff will also manage the Transformation Office, including governance structures, KPIs, roadmaps, and communication frameworks, and will be expected to identify transformation opportunities, monitor progress, and ensure the delivery of transformation initiatives on time and within budget. In addition to transformation responsibilities, the role includes acting as Chief of Staff for the Group CEO, supporting the preparation and follow-up of Board and Senior Leadership Meetings, and preparing key communication documents. The ideal candidate will have extensive transformation leadership experience, including a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, and expertise in operating models and organizational design. They should be strategic, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership and team development skills. Executive stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a problem-solving, data-driven approach are essential. The role requires a highly organized, pragmatic individual who is AI-minded and adaptable, with a strong focus on building a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
