Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will also be tasked with further developing management and collaboration, creating a framework for effective operational implementation, and aligning the organization for continued profitable growth. Key responsibilities for the CFO include the further development of finance, controlling, and KPI-based management, the design and optimization of processes with a focus on operational implementation, and the establishment of group-wide governance and standards. The role also involves leading central functions, providing commercial and operational support to the CEO and executives, and implementing digitalization, automation, and AI with a clear focus on economic benefits.
