Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Managing Director / CEO to lead its German operations in the B2B rental solutions sector. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for both the operational and strategic management of the German company, ensuring sustainable economic development and profitable corporate management. This role involves close collaboration with the shareholder on strategic corporate development, as well as the identification and implementation of efficiency, optimization, and growth potential. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in economics, engineering, or a related field, several years of management experience in a medium-sized company or a subsidiary, and a proven track record in leading and developing operational organizations. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director / CEO include the further development of organizational, management, and decision-making structures, the reduction of organizational complexity, and the strengthening of clear responsibilities and fast decision-making processes. The role also requires the initiation and support of a cultural shift towards greater entrepreneurship, agility, and personal responsibility, as well as visible and approachable leadership across all areas of the organization. The candidate should possess strong business acumen, experience in managing profit-responsible units, and a good basic technical understanding of products and services. Experience in change, transformation, or professionalization processes, strong strategic and operational skills, and a hands-on mentality are essential. The role demands a confident, authentic demeanor, effective communication, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for empowering individuals within the organization. Fluency in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel, is also required.
