The Company is seeking a Regulatory Risk Sr Analyst to drive customer remediation analytics to completion, with a focus on execution and validation. The successful candidate will be part of a centralized customer remediation team, responsible for quickly assessing and identifying customer impacts, and ensuring prompt and thorough remediation with the necessary documentation for internal audit and regulatory compliance. This role requires close partnership with issue owners and managers, and excellent communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels. The analyst will own, design, and manage client remediation population and impact analyses, provide expertise on remediation processes, and create comprehensive documentation. A key aspect of the role is to challenge data assumptions and ensure a complete universe of impacted customers is identified. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those with prior data analytics or remediation experience in the banking industry. Expert knowledge of programming languages such as SAS/SQL, Python, and/or R is essential, as is experience in creating and analyzing large datasets to identify trends. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. The role also demands a professional presence for interaction with senior management, project management experience, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is the minimum educational requirement.
