The successful candidate will be a key player in driving technology and process transformation within the finance teams, with a strong emphasis on automation, integration, and compliance with regulatory mandates. This role requires a strategic professional who can define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and lead business process redesign for operational optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes, data flows, and AI/ML concepts, and the ability to critically assess where AI adds value. Experience in financial services, particularly in the areas of record to report, accounting, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting, is essential. Applicants must possess a techno-functional profile with hands-on experience in building tech products, a strong background in the financial domain, and a proven track record in data management and governance. The role demands a data-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business problems into AI opportunities.
