Strong expertise in AWS data engineering, BI leadership, and a hands-on understanding of data architecture and ETL/ELT patterns are essential. The role demands the ability to define engineering and analytics roadmaps, manage priorities, and drive reliable delivery using Agile and product operating practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to influence and partner effectively with various teams. Experience with AI, machine learning, and relevant certifications in AWS, data engineering, analytics, or BI are highly valued.
