The Company is seeking a Software Engineer with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering and maintaining high-performance, secure, and customer-centric solutions. This role involves working within a feature team to produce complex and critical software rapidly, as well as collaborating with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering, design, and architecture, with a specific emphasis on how these areas support customer needs. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include producing working code, optimizing software engineering capabilities, and working across the full software development life cycle. The role requires hands-on expertise in IAM technologies, particularly in PingFederate and PingAccess, and a strong understanding of security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, and federation. Experience in integrating applications and APIs with IAM platforms, as well as strong troubleshooting skills in authentication and access management, are essential. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of identity architecture, security principles, and experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
