The Company is seeking a Consultant for a Stage de fin d'études in Chief Information Officer (CIO) Advisory, with a focus on the industrialization of an AI-native consulting firm. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of strategic, large-scale transformations, particularly in the digital and AI domains. The role involves working closely with a diverse range of clients, from local enterprises to large international accounts, and requires a strong foundation in data, AI, or digital transformation, as well as a keen interest in the consulting profession. Key responsibilities for this role include the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance internal processes, such as commercial, staffing, and people management. The ideal candidate will have a background in data, AI, or digital transformation, and a basic understanding of AI use cases in business, data and AI governance, and operating models. The role demands a high level of curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A proactive approach to learning, a strong sense of service, and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate should be a recent graduate from a top engineering or business school, with a specialization or strong interest in data, AI, or digital transformation, and a motivation to explore the consulting industry. Experience in data/AI projects, as well as exposure to governance, responsible AI, or regulations, is a plus.
