This transformational leadership role also involves building and mentoring high-performing operational teams, partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational readiness for expansion into new markets. The VP of Operations will be a champion for the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and will be tasked with managing operational budgets, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior-level operations leadership experience, with a Bachelor's degree required and an advanced degree preferred. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in P&L ownership, financial leadership, and scaling operations across multiple locations or business units.
