The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for Home Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, clinical performance, and sustainable growth across a multi-state portfolio of home health programs. This leadership role requires the translation of strategic priorities into operational execution, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding experience for team members, patients, and referral partners. The Vice President will lead a team to establish operational standards, monitor key performance indicators, and champion a culture of operational discipline and service excellence. Additionally, the role involves strategic partnerships, market expansion, and a focus on clinical quality, compliance, and patient experience. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree. A minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior operational leadership within home health or post-acute care, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of home health regulations, reimbursement models, and quality measures, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and sustainable growth. Strong business acumen, exceptional leadership and talent development capabilities, and the ability to effectively collaborate and influence across various functions are essential. The role demands excellent communication, change management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead through growth, transformation, and organizational complexity.
