Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead companywide operations and translate strategic direction into clear priorities and consistent execution. The role oversees daily activities across multiple functions, improves coordination and workflows, resolves operational bottlenecks, and establishes measurable goals and performance reviews. The successful candidate will partner closely with the CEO, coach department leaders, strengthen accountability, and foster a collaborative culture. Responsibilities also include owning operating performance, budgeting and resource planning, improving processes, and using CRM reporting and dashboards to provide reliable operational visibility. Candidates should bring substantial real estate experience, ideally in residential investment, renovation, and resale, along with experience leading operations across multiple departments. Direct P&L responsibility for a business or division generating approximately $25 million or more in annual revenue is required, as is hands-on experience using Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows. Applicants should have a track record of improving processes and performance, developing managers, and partnering with a CEO, founder, or business owner. Strong financial judgment, decisive and respectful leadership, and the ability to work on-site five days per week are also required.
