Vice President of Technology

The Company is in search of a VP of Technology to lead a significant enterprise product strategy and business transformation initiative. The successful candidate will be a key figure at the intersection of product, technology, engineering, and enterprise strategy, with a primary focus on translating business priorities into scalable technology capabilities. This role involves leading and developing a team of product engineers, driving the transition of technology capabilities from external to internal ownership, and serving as a critical bridge between the technical and business sides of the organization. The VP of Technology will also be responsible for establishing and executing product roadmaps, leading product discovery, and championing business cases for major initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management or leadership, preferably within complex, global, or highly matrixed organizations. The role requires a strong understanding of modern application development, enterprise architecture, and the product development lifecycle, as well as a proven track record in building and leading high-performing product and engineering teams.
