Associate General Counsel, Litigation & Government Investigations

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel with a focus on Litigation and Government Investigations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of legal matters, including significant litigation, arbitration, government investigations, and regulatory inquiries, both in the United States and internationally. This role requires the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice to senior leaders, prepare litigation and enforcement risk assessments, and develop and execute legal strategies that align with the company's objectives. The Associate General Counsel will also be involved in managing responses to various legal and regulatory requests, as well as representing the company in interactions with government authorities. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant legal experience, with a strong background in complex litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters. A J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in a leading law firm, government enforcement agency, or a comparable role. While not mandatory, experience in a highly regulated industry such as life sciences, healthcare, or medical technology, and prior in-house legal experience at a global public company, are considered advantageous. The role also emphasizes the use of technology and analytics to enhance legal processes and requires a commitment to staying current on legal trends and promoting continuous improvement within the legal organization.
