The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Advisor Desktop Product Owner to guide enhancements to digital tools used by financial advisors and branch support teams. The role involves gathering user needs, translating them into direction for developers, and leading collaborative teams through the implementation of technology solutions. Responsibilities include managing business analysts and project managers to keep initiatives on track, reviewing functional requirements, and resolving issues raised by branches. The product owner will also lead solution rollouts, including field communications, training, and support planning. Candidates should have at least five years of financial industry experience and demonstrated experience with technology implementations and the full software development lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree is required; experience working with financial or wealth advisors, writing business requirements for large projects, and leading large-scale technology initiatives is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Agile delivery and project management are required.
