Associate Vice President, Business Development Associate

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Development Associate to support business development, marketing, and tailored client reporting. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, analyzing client portfolios, supporting practice management, and developing strategies to strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate with advisors and colleagues on investment recommendations, client plans, and new services, while helping optimize business practices and maintain strong partnerships. They will also engage clients and prospects, help address questions and concerns, and share relevant communications and information. Applicants should have at least five years of relevant work experience; a four-year college degree or professional certification is preferred. Required qualifications include an active Series 7 license and either Series 66 or the combination of Series 63 and Series 65; additional licenses may be required. Candidates should bring strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with knowledge of compliance requirements and policies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
