The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-leading digital experiences that enable clients to manage and grow their financial lives. This role is pivotal in modernizing and enhancing the retail mobile platforms, with a strong focus on driving client engagement, expanding digital capabilities, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Key responsibilities include serving as the Product Owner for a full-stack agile team, owning product delivery from concept to launch, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining a prioritized product backlog. The role also involves deep customer and market analysis, contributing to the mobile experience strategy, and ensuring that all product initiatives are in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Applicants should have 5-8 years' of experience in digital product management, with a strong background in client-facing mobile, web, and API-based digital experiences. A solid understanding of financial services, wealth management, or related digital financial products is essential. The role requires superior analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline constraints. A BA/BS in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is also a necessary qualification.
