The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of PMO for Commerce Hub and MCGS. This executive will be responsible for leading the end-to-end program management office for the global commerce platform and its integration with Mastercard Gateway Services. The role demands a seasoned leader with a strong background in program and project management, particularly within the fintech, financial services, or technology sectors. The successful candidate will be accountable for orchestrating a complex, multi-region, multi-workstream program, unifying various capabilities into a single global platform, and ensuring a faster, differentiated client experience. Key responsibilities include program leadership and governance, delivery, milestones, and triple-constraint management, as well as executive communications and stakeholder management. Applicants must have a minimum of 14 years' of experience in program or project management, with at least 8 years' in a leadership role. A deep understanding of the fintech and payments industry, including acquiring, gateways, switch/processing, settlement, and network ecosystems, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in triple-constraint management, PDLC, and PTAC-style governance, and hands-on expertise with program management tools. The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification and Six Sigma/Lean process-excellence credentials, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in product strategy, portfolio, and roadmap planning, as well as a background in AI-driven program management and agile-at-scale frameworks, is highly desirable. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing global PMO, so strong leadership and talent development skills are a must.
