Associate Vice President of Fund Accounting

The Company is seeking an AVP of Fund Accounting to lead and oversee fund accounting operations, ensuring strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and fostering collaboration with both internal teams and external administrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating NAV finalization processes, investigating discrepancies, and managing relationships with fund administrators for private fund structures. This role involves the preparation and review of financial statements, regulatory reporting, and investor communications, all while driving strategic initiatives and enhancing compliance with industry standards. Applicants for the AVP of Fund Accounting position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA certification being preferred. A minimum of 6 years' of relevant fund accounting experience, particularly within private fund structures, is required. Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and experience with Enfusion and Sage Intacct is highly desirable. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external auditors. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive team player attitude with a strong work ethic.
