Head of General Partner Reporting & Fund Data Governance

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to modernize and scale financial and data reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and control integrity. This role involves managing a team of managers and senior contributors, fostering professional growth, and collaboration, as well as representing private equity finance in cross-functional forums. The Head will also be tasked with strengthening control frameworks, partnering with technology teams to enhance systems, and utilizing expertise in private equity finance, carry plans, and data reconciliation to achieve operational excellence. Applicants for the Head of General Partner Reporting and Fund Data Governance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA certification being a plus. A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in financial services or asset management, particularly in private equity finance, is required, along with proven leadership and people management experience.
