The Company is seeking a Head of General Partner Reporting and Fund Data Governance to take on a senior leadership role within its Private Equity Finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing GP reporting, carry program administration, and PE data governance and reconciliation. This pivotal position involves managing a team of managers and senior individual contributors, setting functional strategy, and ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and control integrity of PE financial and data reporting. The role also requires driving strategic process improvement, strengthening control frameworks, and partnering with technology to modernize and scale the PE finance operating model. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA being a plus, and at least 12-15 years' of experience in financial services or asset management, particularly in private equity finance, carry plans, and data/reconciliation operations. The role demands a leader with proven people management experience, deep knowledge of PE fund structures, and a strong understanding of financial data systems, controls frameworks, and reconciliation processes. Advanced Excel skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills are essential. The Head of General Partner Reporting and Fund Data Governance will also be expected to partner with technology teams on system and process enhancements and to represent PE finance in cross-functional forums.
