Associate Vice President, Secondaries Valuations

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President to join its Secondaries Valuations team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Valuation Team, responsible for the preparation, review, and reporting of monthly and quarterly valuations for private equity secondary funds, including those associated with a publicly traded Regulated Investment Company. This role demands a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional who can lead assigned valuation workstreams, analyze portfolio and fund-level performance, and maintain clear, audit-ready support for valuation conclusions. The AVP will also be expected to partner with various internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, fund accounting, third-party valuation firms, and auditors, to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline, with a preference for a CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional designation. A minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience in private equity, secondaries, private markets valuation, investment analysis, transaction advisory, fund accounting, or a related field is required. The role calls for a professional with a strong understanding of private market valuation concepts, financial analysis, and the key drivers of investment performance and valuation change. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple deliverables, exercising sound judgment, and producing high-quality work under pressure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience in process improvement or automation is expected.
