The Company is seeking a Regional Chief Executive Officer to lead regional operations and a team of staff and volunteers. The role oversees mission delivery, community resilience and emergency response programs, volunteer engagement, fundraising, and regional performance. The CEO will build partnerships with donors, government, businesses, and community leaders, represent the organization to media and local communities, and guide senior teams across service delivery, fundraising, communications, and operations. Responsibilities also include meeting service and financial targets, ensuring sound stewardship and compliance, and fostering collaboration across regional units and boards. Candidates should hold a four-year degree; a master’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience in business, sales, corporate administration, or nonprofit leadership is required, along with a proven record of raising significant funds and directing teams and programs. Strong influencing, public speaking, writing, judgment, and consensus-building skills are essential. The successful candidate will be effective in complex, matrixed environments, able to manage ambiguity, build relationships across diverse communities, and communicate an inspiring vision with integrity.
