Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define and lead its technology vision and strategy in support of organizational goals and long-term growth. The role includes developing multi-year roadmaps and overseeing healthcare platforms, data systems, reporting capabilities, and enterprise initiatives. The CTO will monitor emerging technologies, guide innovation, and ensure security, regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. Responsibilities also include mentoring technology leaders, shaping the technology organization’s structure and culture, managing delivery against timelines and budgets, and aligning technology needs across affiliated entities. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of progressive technology experience, including five years in senior leadership. Strong knowledge of healthcare technology, data systems, and regulated environments is required, along with experience developing and executing enterprise strategies and roadmaps. Expertise in AI strategy, data governance, vendor management, budgeting, and resource allocation is important. Excellent communication skills are needed to explain technical concepts to executive leaders; an Agile credential is preferred.
