Corporate Vice President, Field Prospecting Strategy & Enablement
About the Role
Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid)
The Company is in search of a visionary leader to spearhead the establishment and evolution of the Field Prospecting Strategy & Enablement function. This role is pivotal in defining and building the company's field-led, home office-enabled prospecting capability, with a focus on relationship-driven prospecting. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and communicating a long-term strategy that modernizes field prospecting, as well as for developing the operating model, best practices, and measurement framework that support the consistent generation of high-quality prospect opportunities. This leader will work closely with agency and field stakeholders, marketing, digital, technology, data, and AI teams to shape the future of field prospecting, ensuring that centralized expertise is effectively translated into scalable capabilities for local market execution. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading strategy, business transformation, field enablement, sales enablement, consulting, marketing strategy, or related enterprise functions. The role requires a deep understanding of relationship-based selling and the prospecting behaviors that drive success in the field, as well as strong business acumen and exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencing senior executives, leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives, and designing and scaling enterprise capabilities. Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing technology, AI-enabled business capabilities, analytics, and digital ecosystems is essential, and experience in financial services, particularly within the agency structure and field operating model, is strongly preferred.
