The Company is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of decision intelligence products that empower field professionals with the right context at the point of action. This leadership role is pivotal in setting the strategic product vision and roadmap, ensuring that the quality of the product surfaces meets the high standards required for user engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product agenda from end to end, including earning executive sponsorship, and will be a key figure in the cross-functional team, leading and growing a pod of product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists. Technical and data fluency are essential, as the role involves partnering with engineering and data science teams on architecture decisions, model design, and data contracts. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, insurance, or a similar regulated enterprise environment, and a proven track record of building and leading cross-functional teams.
