The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Design and Project Management within its Real Estate Services division. This role is pivotal in coordinating the critical components of complex projects, including construction, renovations, and relocations, to ensure the successful execution of the City's real estate initiatives. The Executive Director will also support strategic planning, budget creation, and work closely with other units to establish business protocols for better management of the City's real estate portfolio.
