The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a financial resource management team supporting trading and financing businesses. The role focuses on optimizing capital, balance sheet, funding, and liquidity usage to improve returns and efficiency. Responsibilities include setting team priorities, partnering with business leaders, assessing resource needs, and translating strategy and regulatory requirements into practical plans and recommendations. The Executive Director will also oversee regulatory initiatives, strengthen reporting and analytics with data and technology partners, present insights to senior management, and coach and develop team members. Candidates should have a strong understanding of balance sheet, funding, liquidity, and capital concepts and their impact on trading and financing activities. Demonstrated people leadership, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to turn data into clear actions are required.
