Head of AI Product Engineering

The Company is in search of a Head of AI Product Engineering to spearhead the integration of advanced Generative AI technologies within its product engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for AI innovation, with a focus on enhancing the software landscape and transforming the organization's technological capabilities. This leadership role involves building and leading a high-performing team that will oversee the entire AI engineering pipeline, from data preprocessing to production deployment. The Head of AI will also be tasked with architecting scalable infrastructure, driving the application of advanced AI techniques, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on AI strategies that support the company's objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in software and/or AI engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to machine learning and AI systems. A proven track record in building and deploying Generative AI systems that deliver business value is essential, as is expertise in modern ML/DL techniques and frameworks. The role requires a strong technical leader with the ability to balance deep technical exploration with clear product goals, and a champion of a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, a strong product sense, and an interest in fostering a strong team culture are also key requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is mandatory, with an advanced degree and experience in financial services being advantageous.
