Head of Fixed Income Operations & Trade Lifecycle Controls

The Company is seeking a Head of Fixed Income Operations & Trade Lifecycle Controls to lead its fixed income operations function across credit, rates, mortgage-backed securities, repo, and customer clearing. Responsibilities include managing and developing an internal team, overseeing outsourced operations, and serving as the escalation point for lifecycle events such as corporate actions, settlements, fails, and securities financing. The role oversees trade reporting and regulatory compliance, reviews daily controls, and maintains and tests internal controls within the financial reporting framework. The successful candidate will also partner with front-office and internal teams to onboard new business and vendors, improve operational efficiency, and advance automation and control standards. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and deep fixed income product knowledge, particularly in U.S. Treasuries, credit, and repo. Strong leadership and vendor-management capabilities, regulatory fluency, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and regulators are required. Experience with fixed income trade lifecycle operations, regulatory reporting, operational risk, and internal control frameworks is important. The role also calls for sound judgment, integrity, and a strong commitment to compliance.
