The Company is seeking a Head of Fund Accounting to lead the accounting and treasury functions for private credit operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these functions are in line with the organization's goals and financial objectives. This role involves driving innovation in financial processes to support the growth and complexity of private credit operations, as well as collaborating with global teams to maintain consistency and optimize cross-functional operations. The Head of Fund Accounting will also engage with stakeholders to enhance financial performance, oversee treasury management and fund-level financing frameworks, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the accounting team. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a CPA certification being mandatory, and a minimum of 15 years' of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a focus on private credit operations. The role requires proven leadership skills in managing both internal teams and external administrators, strong knowledge of fund structures, investment accounting, and valuation methodologies, and experience in managing multi-location teams. The Head of Fund Accounting will be expected to have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, expertise in liquidity management frameworks, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. The position also involves overseeing performance calculations, investor reporting, and enhancing infrastructure to support business growth.
