The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of the investment accounting team in areas such as accounting, reporting, and analytical infrastructure. This role involves serving as a key accounting partner to both investment and operating teams, overseeing transaction structuring, revenue recognition, and portfolio activity analysis. The Vice President will also be instrumental in shaping policies, controls, technology, and operating processes to enhance the platform's efficiency and scalability, as well as leading transformation initiatives and mentoring high-performing teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Investment Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, with a CPA or CPA candidate preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in investment accounting, public accounting, or related financial services is required, with a preference for those with experience in alternatives. The role demands a strong understanding of alternative investments and transaction structures, particularly in private credit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing priorities, and driving high-quality execution, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
