Head of Information Technology

The Company is seeking a Head of IT to spearhead the development and execution of its information technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the modernization of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for global operations. This role involves close collaboration with executive teams to align technology with business goals, leading organizational change to adopt new tools and processes, and managing IT service providers to meet service level agreements and compliance standards. The Head of IT will also oversee the development of the IT team, maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and data protection regulations. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7-15 years' of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management. Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft M365, Azure, and Intune, is required, along with a strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance protocols. The role demands a proven track record in managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets, as well as the ability to lead organizational change and drive technology adoption. Experience in a financial services environment and expertise in scripting or automation tools are preferred. The Head of IT will be expected to define and execute the firm's IT roadmap, implement robust security measures, and maintain accurate documentation for systems and policy frameworks.
