Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to develop and execute operational frameworks that support efficiency, growth, and organizational scalability. Responsibilities include overseeing global and distributed operations, building and developing a high-performing team, and designing operating models, governance, and decision-making processes. The role will establish operational intelligence and risk management systems, oversee program delivery, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with executive leaders. It will also drive continuous improvement, systemization, and automation to strengthen operational performance. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least seven years of senior operations leadership experience. They should bring a proven ability to scale teams, manage distributed operations, and design operating models and governance frameworks. Experience in robotics, AI/ML, or other operationally complex industries is preferred, while familiarity with SQL or Python is advantageous. Strong communication and leadership skills are required; international operations and vendor ecosystem experience are a plus.
