Senior Director, Hospital Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Hospital Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and management of departmental operations and services to ensure the accomplishment of objectives. This role involves overseeing all administrative functions, contributing to the development of the division's mission and goals, and ensuring compliance with institutional, governmental, and regulatory standards. The Senior Director will also be involved in the selection, development, and management of employees, as well as coordinating with senior management on clinical activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. Applicants for the Senior Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in health administration, with a focus on leadership in a healthcare environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in operational and financial management, as well as experience in staff training and development. The Senior Director will be expected to interact with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and to represent the department at various meetings and conferences. Collaboration with other departments, particularly in the areas of patient financial services and quality assurance, is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to handle special projects with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
