The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Management to help shape and execute the strategic agenda for its North American commercial banking business. The role leads or supports strategic initiatives, tracks performance against priorities, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational metrics, developing annual plans, preparing management review materials, and leading projects involving business processes, resources, and growth priorities. The successful candidate will turn complex data into clear recommendations, support senior decision-making, and promote sound risk management and compliance. Candidates should have 7–10 years of financial services experience, a strong finance background, and knowledge of commercial banking. The role requires analytical problem-solving, strategic planning, project management, and the ability to prioritize large initiatives in complex, high-pressure environments. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, including confidence presenting recommendations to senior leaders. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
