Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting (PE Secondaries)

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Fund Accounting to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for private equity secondaries products. The role includes building scalable infrastructure, processes, and controls to support growth, while advancing the target operating model. Responsibilities include overseeing data governance across service providers and monitoring systems, reviewing fund budgets, and improving liquidity modeling and projections. The successful candidate will support new product planning and fundraising requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach junior staff, and lead strategic and operational projects. Candidates should have 12 or more years of public or private accounting experience, with substantial experience in private equity secondaries or fund-of-funds and a strong understanding of related fund structures, operations, and reporting. A CPA qualification is preferred, along with strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP. The role requires advanced Excel skills and an interest in technology, automation, continuous improvement, and AI adoption. Experience with data analysis and planning tools is an advantage.
