The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Real Estate to lead the strategic development of affordable and supportive housing and behavioral health facilities. This executive will be at the forefront of the company's mission, driving the successful completion of a significant pipeline of units and spearheading new expansion initiatives. The role involves overseeing a growing team and all real estate functions, from development to property management, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of quality, sustainability, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision-maker, adept at critical thinking, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for strategic planning, identifying new development opportunities, and managing relationships with government agencies, lenders, and community stakeholders. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Real Estate position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the supportive and affordable housing sector, with a preference for those holding a graduate degree in a relevant field. The role requires a leader who is committed to the values and goals of the organization, with a proven track record in real estate development and a deep understanding of the industry, particularly in the NYC or NYS market.
