The Company is seeking an SVP for Investment Solutions Oversight Product Management. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Wealth Investment Solutions organization, with a primary focus on providing product strategy guidance, governance, and first-line risk ownership across investment products and platforms. This role requires close collaboration with product management, sales leadership, and various stakeholders to oversee the product inventory and assess emerging risks, particularly those arising from business and regulatory changes. The SVP will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic product roadmaps, enhancing first-line risk ownership, and driving significant policy and control enhancements within the investment solutions space. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in the field, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) licenses. The role demands a deep knowledge of investment products, product governance, suitability, and investment industry regulations, particularly in the context of retirement products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working under pressure, managing deadlines, and demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The SVP will be expected to work unsupervised, adjust priorities as needed, and consistently demonstrate clear and concise communication.
