The Company is seeking a Management Director - SVP to lead with strategic vision, drive organizational and client goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company with confidence and expertise, delivering innovative solutions to critical business needs, and driving strategic development and brand planning. This role requires a champion of learning and development, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and inspiring high-performing teams. The Management Director - SVP will also be instrumental in managing P&L for assigned brands, meeting revenue milestones, and demonstrating fiscal responsibility. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with over 12 years' of experience in the industry, particularly in pharma advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, excellent communication skills, strong digital and technical acumen, and critical negotiation skills. Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a commitment to professionalism and ethics are essential. The role involves partnering with clients to define brand vision, training and leading account teams, and applying core marketing principles to drive client business. The candidate should be adept at making informed decisions, championing change management, and driving innovation and organizational change.
