The Company is seeking an SVP, Commerce to take on a pivotal role in leading multiple client spokes and overseeing a strategic portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will be a senior business leader with a strong focus on client satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include owning the health and performance of the client portfolio, building and maintaining executive-level relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all accounts. The role also involves serving as the senior escalation point for complex challenges, driving resource planning, and leading talent and organizational development initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' leadership experience in client services, commerce, media, marketing, consulting, or related industries, with a proven track record in leading large-scale client portfolios and multiple teams. The role requires a leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional executive presence, and the ability to drive transformational change. The SVP, Commerce will be accountable for portfolio revenue, profitability, and growth targets, and will be expected to partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans. Operational excellence, talent and organizational leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement are also essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a champion of innovation, and will lead with a growth mindset, ensuring the teams are equipped to meet evolving client demands.
