The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Payments Technology Business Execution Lead to drive financial management, organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, workforce planning, governance, and client engagement across global technology portfolios. Responsibilities include overseeing a large technology budget, leading budgeting and forecasting, monitoring expenses and investments, improving financial transparency, and identifying cost efficiencies. The role also supports senior leaders with strategic initiatives, governance routines, executive communications, and organizational planning. The successful candidate will build stakeholder relationships, represent technology in client engagements, and promote strong risk, control, and compliance practices. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in business execution, business management, strategy, finance, program management, or technology management, including experience managing large technology budgets and financial planning. A strong understanding of financial services, technology organizations, governance, and organizational management is required, along with client-facing experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex global environments. Excellent communication, executive presentation, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills are essential.
