Senior Vice President, Policy

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Policy to lead high-impact research and analysis on emerging economic and policy issues. The role will set the policy research agenda, guide projects from question development through analysis and communication, and translate evidence into actionable insights for senior leadership. Responsibilities include comparative policy research, monitoring policy developments, building partnerships across teams and public agencies, and supporting legislative priorities. The SVP will also manage cross-functional initiatives, respond to data requests, and represent the organization’s research through presentations, publications, briefings, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in public policy, government, statistics, economics, urban planning, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of relevant policy research and analysis experience is required, including leadership of complex projects from research design through communicating findings. Strong economic and policy judgment, project management, collaboration, and clear written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required; experience with R, public economic or demographic datasets, and GIS is an advantage.
