The Company is seeking an SVP, Procurement for the Americas to lead a team of approximately 20 procurement professionals. The successful candidate will be the senior procurement leader for the region, responsible for building strong relationships with agency leadership and key business stakeholders, and ensuring that the business has easy access to procurement support and expertise. This role requires a strategic and service-oriented approach, with a focus on driving greater engagement with procurement and increasing spend under management. The SVP will also be tasked with leading and developing a high-performing team, owning the procurement strategy across various indirect categories, and delivering commercial impact by driving sustainable savings and value creation. Candidates for the SVP, Procurement role at the company should have significant experience leading procurement teams in large, complex organizations, with a strong background in indirect procurement categories. The role demands a leader with a proven track record of operating at a senior executive level, building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, and demonstrating success in growing procurement engagement. The ideal candidate will be commercially and pragmatically minded, customer-focused, and possess strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being a plus, and at least 15-20 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within procurement. Experience in the communications field and familiarity with production services is also advantageous.
