Senior Vice President, Product Manager, Registered Funds

The Company is seeking a Product Manager - Registered Funds Vice President/Senior Vice President to lead strategic initiatives in a dynamic financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in registered fund operations, collaborating with portfolio managers to enhance investment offerings, and overseeing fund operations, marketing strategies, and investor relations to ensure compliance and seamless execution. Key duties include building and maintaining relationships with wealth management platforms and distribution channels, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with advanced certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' experience in financial services or investment management. A proven track record in 1940 Act Funds and private markets is highly desirable. The role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
